There is so much noise in the world, and sometimes it’s easy to forget, or not realize, how much we have going on. Between work and home and family and friends, it’s a lot to keep up with. That’s why I’ve created a list of gentle reminders.

  1. You are enough: You are alive right now. And that is more than enough. Look how far you’ve come. Keep going, and never forget how strong you truly are.
  2. Go after your dreams: So many people spend time wishing their lives were different instead of doing something about it. Don’t be one of those people–take the initiative to go after what you really want out of life! The worst thing that can happen is that you fail…and then do it again until
  3. Have courage: Be courageous in all aspects of life, be brave enough to take risks and go for what you want in life because everything worth having requires courage!
  4. Find time to connect: Connect with others, especially those who inspire you most in life, connect with people who make you feel good about yourself, who encourage you and support you no matter what life throws at them! Connect with people who truly care about others and go out of their way to help others succeed! Connect with people who love themselves unconditionally and believe in themselves no matter what anyone else thinks of them! Connect with people who have a positive impact on this world by sharing their gifts and talents with the world!
