Our platform aims to shed light on stories that have affected individuals and transformed them in a positive light. We aim to focus on mental health, mental wellness, healing, self-love, and personal development.

2. What type of story should I submit?

Here are some suggestions:

    • Write about an experience that has pained you in your past, and express how you persevered through it.
    • Speak on a current challenge or struggle that you might be facing, and touch on positive coping mechanisms and/or everyday practices that are helping you.
    • Express how far you have come, in terms of your own healing journey and/or personal development.
    • Submit something encouraging in regards to mental health, self-love, healing, mental wellness, etc., to positively uplift the members of our community.
    • Poetry
    • Creative Writing
    • Artwork, with a piece of writing of how it relates to your own personal journey.
    • If you have any other suggestions, please don’t hesitate to share your story in a way that you feel comfortable.

3. How long should my story be?

Ideally, your story should range from 500-1500 words, however, there is no specific word count necessary to submit something to the platform.

4. How many stories can I submit?

There is no limit on the number of stories you would like to submit. If you have different types of writing pieces, please do not hesitate to submit them. We would love to read them and share them!

6. If I no longer want my story up, how can I remove it from your website?
